Healing Retreats

Rosamond Therapeutic Services is now partnering with Mountain Air N Me for this new service! Retreats are held at a secluded ranch in the Colorado Rockies bordered by thousands of acres of BLM land; far away from the lights, noise, and bustle of the city, but close enough to civilization for easy travel and essentials. You will be surrounded by the quiet forest, wide-open sky, peaceful wildlife, and be without electricity or technology; to reconnect with your higher self through solitude and peaceful fellowship.

$400 for 2 full days of activities and meals (lodging options are listed below)

Immersion in Nature through mindfulness, hiking, forest bathing, earthing, camping, and wildlife visits

Group teaching and discussions led by clinical social worker and certified yoga instructor Ida Seiferd, on retreat theme topics
Stargazing
Personal time for journaling, reflection, prayer and rest

Nutritious meals included (1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 dinner)
Optional 3rd day to fully absorb and integrate information, includes a 60min individual therapy session with Ida Seiferd, and a 60min massage or reiki session with massage therapist. Additional $150
